About Us

Golden Halo Salon LLC was founded in 2004 by Cindy Stanley. She was a stylist/colorist at Sylvain Melloul in Reston Virginia and came to Culpeper with a vision. A vision to make clients feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. Our salon thrives on being able to give our clients the latest and greatest looks. We study abroad and regularly attend hair shows. We use only the best products including Goldwell and Schwartzkopf. We want you to have the best!
